Health Fitness
Krystal Say - HFS Peronal Coach/Owner of Bia Fitness
Being physically active all through my childhood with many organized sports teams and into my adult hood competing as a recreational athlete, I have begun to realize there is an inner athlete in everyone. Every person has what it takes to give that little bit more to succeed in their goal. Graduating from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor's of Science in Health and Fitness has given me the knowledge, skills and abilities to impact people to live healthfully, happily and actively. As a personal coach, motivating people to make change and realize their physical capabilities is my passion and drive for the success of Bia Fitness.
Taking time and listening to my client's needs has helped me grow and develop a distinctive model of fitness that guides people to success. The key to success is never being complacent. Continuously attending the latest fitness conferences and seminars, allows me to offer exclusive programs with a purpose to meet the need of each individual. Specializing in Boot Camp and TRX suspension training programming, infusing knowledge of the fitness continuum is how a fitness program is truly designed.
