Drop in class for Adult classes
At Artistic Dance Conservatory, our adult dance and fitness classes provide a fun and engaging way to stay active, no matter your experience level. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or new to movement, we offer a variety of classes designed to improve fitness, flexibility, and confidence.
Our Adult Dance Class meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 7:45 PM, featuring a rotating focus on different styles. Each session explores a different style, allowing participants to expand their repertoire and enjoy learning new dance techniques in a supportive environment.
In addition to dance, we also offer a Yoga & Pilates class on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 7:45 PM. This class is perfect for those looking to build strength, increase flexibility, and find balance both physically and mentally.
