Jonathan Doherty (2011) resides in New York City after graduating from the University of the Arts (class of 2015) under the direction of Donna Faye Burchfield. He has had the pleasure of working with artists such as Jesse Zaritt, Katie Swords-Thurman, Tommie Waheed-Evans, Netta Yerushalmy, Douglas Becker, and was a part of the original cast of Twyla Tharp’s “TreeFrog in StoneHenge” (2013) as a featured soloist. Since moving to New York, Jonathan has shown and been apart of work shown in venues such as The Tank, JACK, The New York City Transit Museum and Triskelion Arts. Currently, Jonathan is crafting a new evenings length work with collaborator Georgia Gavran to premier January (2017) in 'Split The Bill' at Triskelion Arts.
Kayla Mayko (2013) graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in the spring of 2016 with a BFA in Dance and minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies. During her time there, she had the opportunity to participate and perform the work of Jose Limon, Vita Osojnik, and Gregory Dolbashian. In addition, she performed work by NYU faculty members James Martin and Elizabeth Coker, as well as several student choreographed pieces by her peers. She spent summers at Tisch in 6 week residencies with several NYC based choreographers such as Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company, David Dorfman Dance, and The DASH ensemble. She currently lives in New York City and is auditioning for Broadway musicals/tours and contemporary dance companies.
Michael Konderwicz (2006) is currently living in New York City working with the Walt Disney Company International on board the Disney Fantasy. He was non-stop traveling around the world working as the Swing and Dance Captain for the newest ship in the fleet and is back and forth to help out with new casts on board. Before Disney, he was dancing with Synthesis Dance Company in Manhattan under the direction of Tracie Stanfield.
Nicole Theroux (2010) is graduating from Marymount Manhattan College in the Spring of 2014 with a BFA in Dance and an Art Therapy minor. She has been exploring a lot with choreography and has set pieces for Marymount's Dancers at Work, Peridance Capezio Center's Student Choreography Showcase, and WAXworks. She has also been working with Max Stone and performed with him at Ailey's Voices and Visions 2. This summer, Nicole is on her way to Perugia, Italy to study abroad for five weeks and also beginning an internship of researching and choreographing dance-based exercise programs.
Amanda Wright (2000) graduated Dean College Franklin,MA with Bachelors Degree in Dance 2014. Studied under Gregory King, Jill Silverman, Todd Shanks, Robbie Mulrey..to name a few. Post grad life has consisted of teaching contemporary/modern technique at various studios & performing across New England. Currently she is establishing the Dance Program at the New Britain CT YMCA.
Marie Fortsch (2009), after studying at Artistic Dance Conservatory for four years, went to Columbia College Chicago to further her dance training and technique. She graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Dance. Currently, Marie is living in New York City where she is dancing at the Broadway Dance Center in their Summer Professional Semester Program.
Amy Gernux (2009) graduated magna cum laude with Honors in Dance from Connecticut College (2013) where she trained with/performed the work of David Dorfman, Lisa Race, Shani Collins-Achille, and guests Angie Hauser, Nicholas Leichter, Kyle Abraham (A.I.M), Andrea Miller (Gallim Dance), David Parker (The BANG Group) and Laura Dean. Amy has danced for shove gently dance, griffindance, Reject Dance Theatre, and Nicholas Leichter Dance; currently she performs with the feath3r theory (Raja Kelly) and Eclipse Dance Company. Amy happily rejoined her dance family at Artistic Dance Conservatory post-graduation as an Office Administrator and Instructor/Choreographer.
Yvonne Lacombe(2011) continued her dance training at California Institute of the Arts, where she graduated with a BFA in Dance and a minor in Digital Arts in 2015. As an undergrad, she performed in works by Colin Connor (Limón Dance Company), Jonathan Fredrickson (Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch), and Sidra Bell at The Roy/Edna Disney CalArts Theater in downtown Los Angeles as well as debuted multiple works of her own. Yvonne has since performed in multiple shows throughout Los Angeles, abroad at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with NYC-based BODYART, and as a dancer in Jarell Perry's music video Relapse. In August 2016, she received her Level 1 certification of Donna Krasnow, PhD's C-I Training™ for dancers. Currently, Yvonne residing in Los Angeles where she continues to work as a freelance artist.
Angela Gauthier (2013) is currently a freshman BFA major at The Boston Conservatory. Since her time there she has performed in a faculty piece at BOCO and will be performing it again in late march at the Oberon American Repertory Theater. She is also currently in rehearsals with Dwight Rhoden getting ready for the spring performance. This summer Angela plans on furthering her dance by taking classes in New York.
