Customer Service position needed - posted 2/28/18
As a Customer Service Representative, there are many times you will be the face of our company. You will be expected to know moderate to advanced level Microsoft Office programs and google apps. You will be taking payments, drafting letters or emails, answering client questions face-to-face or by phone. You will be expected to recommend classes to prospective students and upsell additional services to our existing client base by identifying client needs and presenting solutions. Experience with cash handling and prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required. Experience working in the arts, specifically dance or yoga is preferred.
